After signing up, we’ll help you create your very own Purge Pros customer portal. It’s your all-access pass to manage schedules, track scoops, review service related photos, etc.

Step 4 | Attach Payment Method
We try to make things easy breezy by having you get set up with the Purge Pros Customer Portal!
We do require a credit/debit card on file, added via the Portal or Secured Link, prior to the first service date in order to perform service. If you ever need to change method of payment, your personalized portal is your go-to spot, but we are always here to help!

How do I use this?

How do I pay?
Once you’ve selected the package that best fits your needs and submitted your form on our website, you’ll receive an email with instructions to create your Purge Pros Customer Portal account. If you don’t see this email within 10 minutes, please call us at 317.961.5865 or reach us via Live Chat where we have someone on standby to help 24/7/365.
Inside your portal, you can:
- Access copies of all paid invoices
- View Photos via Invoices
- View records of past cleanups
- Securely link your credit/debit card
We can also send you a direct, secure link to add a payment method if that’s more convenient. Once your card is linked, we’ll automatically generate invoices and email your receipts.
Important:
Your card must be linked before we arrive at your home. If it’s not connected by that time, we’ll attempt to contact you and knock on your door. If we can’t reach you, we’ll need to reschedule your cleanup for the next available date, which could be weeks out depending on the season. We keep it simple – we charge after every service visit. This is how our recurring billing works. No 1st of the month, no pre-payment. You pay after each visit is completed.
To us that’s what true, no contract, recurring service should feel like. So we are sticking to it.
This way you only get charged for services you actually receive and don’t have to worry about us crunching these crazy numbers to come up with your average, divided by this, multiplied by that, what about the extra weeks because of months with 5 weeks and what about…. relax.

We make it easy.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No Contracts.
You have full control over starting, stopping, pausing, or cancelling your membership and subscription / recurring services at any point in time. Any of which can be done via the online portal.
We are also available 24/7/365 on Phone, Text, Facebook Messenger, or our Website Chat tool that can be found on the bottom right hand side of this page.
Are you insured?
Yes! We can also provide proof of documentation upon request.
Now with that said; we will still work as cautiously as possible to ensure there is never damage to your property or belongings.
How will I know it's you when you arrive?
Our technicians will arrive with a clearly marked Truck / SUV / Car or Trailer along with proper Identification in the form of an ID Card (clipper or on a lanyard) or wearing proper uniform with our logo on them.
What happens if I need to cancel service? Skip a service day?
We don’t charge for cancellation, so never worry about that! We know that life happens.
Just give us a call and let us know what you need done. We will always find a way to work together and figure out an alternative scheduling arrangement that works best for you.
Do you provide Pooper Scooper services all year?
Absolutely! Our busiest months being the spring and winter being a close 2nd.
Short of heavy snowfall, or a serious downpour, nothing is going to stop us from making sure we get the job done.
Can you perform service with my dogs in the yard?
We’re all about tail wags and doggy smiles, but if your pup tends to be a bit protective, please keep them indoors while we tidy up your yard. This is where our “On the Way” Text Messages come in handy: to give you an ETA on when to let your fur baby inside.
Safety is our top priority—so if your dog shows any aggression toward our team, we’ll politely ask that they stay inside or we may have to remove you from our route. We’re here to make sure everyone—two-legged or four—is safe and happy!
Can I request a specific day for service?
Yes –
But, we may not have every desired day available in your area consistently, and this is where we fall mercy to our scheduling and routing systems.
Regardless – we urge you to ask if you’d like a specific day of the week. Chances are… we will find a way!
With that said: One of our packages does have priority scheduling on preferred service date(s).
Is there an "Arrival Window" on the day of service?
Unfortunately not – but this is by design.
While we do our best to accommodate everyone’s schedule, in order to keep costs down for all of our loyal customers, we optimize routes accordingly to ensure maximum efficiencies.
Do I need to be home during service?
No! As a matter of fact a majority of our customers are not.
It’s really as much as a no-contact service as you’d like it to be. We overcommunicate updates on our end and are vocal about our Satisfaction Guarantee for the very reason to give you peace of mind – so you don’t have to keep an eye on anyone. Excellence is the expectation.
How do you ensure the safety of my dogs?
We sanitize every piece of equipment (and our footwear!) with kennel-grade disinfectant between yards, ensuring no pesky germs follow us to your pup’s playground.
We also snap a quick gate photo once we’re done scooping, so you know your furry friends stay right where they belong—safe at home.
And for even more peace of mind, every member of our team is background-checked before joining the Purge Pros family.
Where does all the poop go?!
This is optional!
We can dispose of the poop bags at your residence, given there is prior approval and an agreement, which in turn gives you an additional discount on service.
Or – we take the waste with us and dispose of it in line with Environmental Safety and other regulations, off-site.
