Do I need to be home during service?
No. As long as the approved service areas are safely accessible and we have the instructions we need, you can continue with your day. We send a heads-up text before arrival and a gate-closure photo after the completed visit.
How do I know whether you service my address?
Start with the ZIP-code check in the price tool. If the ZIP is eligible, you can see available pricing and request service. Your recurring route day is confirmed after our local team reviews the exact address and route capacity.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No long-term service contract is required. Recurring rates assume a consistent approved schedule. If you claim the waived initial-cleanup promotion, the current offer requires at least four paid recurring visits; early cancellation can void the promotion under the Terms & Conditions. How does billing work?
Recurring service is pay per visit. A card is kept securely through Housecall Pro and is charged on the service day when the technician is on the way, before completion. Nothing is charged when you simply check your price or submit the initial route request.
Do you offer one-time cleanups?
Yes. One-time cleanup starts at $89.99 for the first 30 minutes, then $1 per additional minute. The waived initial-cleanup promotion is for qualifying new recurring customers and does not apply to one-time cleanups.
What happens during unsafe weather?
We operate through normal seasonal weather, but lightning, flooding, extreme cold, or another unsafe condition may require a route change. We will communicate the update, attempt to reschedule, and will not charge for a visit Purge Pros cancels because it cannot be safely completed.
