This question depends on the service being provided.

For example: If the team is on a Junk Removal job and would need access to your garage, home, perhaps a gated area and we haven’t received temporary codes / keys / prior authorization – than yes someone would have to be home.

Otherwise – the beauty in the majority of our services is we can do them without the need for supervision or anyone to be on-site so that your time is your time!

We will always send a text when we are on the way, job is started, and job is completed. Along with photos from before and after.

Yes! We can also provide proof of documentation upon request.

Now with that said; we will still work as cautiously as possible to ensure there is never damage to your property or belongings.

This depends on the services being provided. For Junk Removal, with the exception of certain Demo Jobs, we are rain, snow, or shine. Many of our previous customers knew that if we can sneak in a curb side pick up late at night, no matter the weather, we will get it done so you don’t have to worry about anything the following day.

No matter what – We will be in direct contact with the property owner to make sure that whatever direction we do take you are on board with. This includes adjustments made to any recurring services (such as Pooper Scooping) as it may involve adjusting charges to ensure no fees are passed on to our customers during weather beyond their control.

Our technicians will arrive with a clearly marked Truck / SUV / Car or Trailer along with proper Identification in the form of an ID Card (clipper or on a lanyard) or wearing proper uniform with our logo on them.

We don’t charge for cancellation, so never worry about that! We know that life happens.

This depends on service provided.

For example, Junk Removal, we will only charge AFTER work is completed and has been deemed satisfactory.

For our Pooper Scooper clients, we do require a credit card on file prior to the first service date, and will process payments on the 1st of each month BEFORE services are provided. Remember, our recurring services are NO CONTRACT and can be cancelled at any time.

Payments for initial or one-time cleanups are due upon completion of the job. If signing up after the first of the month, service will be pro-rated so you will not be paying in full for services not rendered.
