No. As long as the approved service areas are safely accessible and we have the instructions we need, you can continue with your day. We send a heads-up text before arrival and a gate-closure photo after the completed visit.
How do I know whether you service my address?
Start with the ZIP check in the price tool. If your ZIP is eligible, you can see available pricing and request service. Your recurring route day is confirmed after our team reviews the exact address and route capacity.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No long-term contract or minimum number of visits is required. There is no cancellation fee or repayment of the waived initial scoop surcharge. Charges for service already provided remain due.
How does billing work?
Recurring service is pay per visit, with no time surcharge on scheduled recurring visits. Your card is kept securely through Housecall Pro and charged when your on-the-way ETA text is sent. Nothing is charged by checking your price or submitting a route request.
Do you offer one-time cleanups?
Yes. One-time cleanup is $89.99 for the first 30 minutes, then $1 per additional minute. The $89.99 base deposit is charged when your on-the-way ETA text is sent; additional time is invoiced after completion. The new recurring-customer offer does not apply.

Your initial scoop surcharge is waived.
Eligible new recurring customers pay their quoted regular visit price for the entire first cleanup, including built-up poop. Scheduled recurring visits also stay at the quoted rate, with no time surcharge.
Who it is for: one introductory offer per customer or household for new recurring service. Purge Pros confirms service history and any custom scope before booking.
Without the offer: standard initial or restart cleanup includes 30 minutes at your quoted visit rate, then $1 per additional minute. No second visit charge is added.
One-time cleanups: $89.99 for the first 30 minutes, then $1 per additional minute. This promotion does not apply.
No commitment penalty: no minimum visits, cancellation fee, or repayment of the waived surcharge.
Example savings: a 60-minute initial cleanup normally costs your quoted visit price plus $30. With the offer, you pay only your visit price. Actual savings equal $1 for each minute beyond 30; a cleanup of 30 minutes or less has no time surcharge to waive.
