Aside from our consistent communications via text, our vehicles will always have some sort of branding, to signify they are with the Purge Pros.

A: We work in rain, snow, and cold, but safety is our priority. If hazardous conditions (lightning, flooding, extreme sub-zero windchill) force us to pause:

We try to reschedule: We will attempt to push your service to the next safe day that week.

If we can't: We will skip that specific visit and you will not be charged. We will then pick up the accumulated waste on your next scheduled visit at no extra cost.

You will always receive a text update immediately if a weather delay occurs.

A: Yes. We are the "Postmen of Poop"—we work in rain, sleet, or snow. Consistency is key to keeping your yard safe and usable.

Winter: We focus on heavy labor—chipping frozen waste and maintaining the yard so you don't face a "biohazard" when the snow melts.

Summer: We focus on sanitization. Note: Our Deodorizer/Sanitizer add-ons are available whenever temperatures are above 50°F.

Pricing Note: Your discounted recurring rate stays the same all year long. If you pause service for the winter, you lose your locked-in rate. When you return in the Spring, you are treated as a returning customer and must pay the "Initial Yard Prep" fee ($39.99 deposit + $1.00/minute for labor).

Q: How does billing work?

A: We operate on a "Pay-On-The-Way" model. We believe this is the fairest way to handle service—you only pay for the visits you actually receive.

No Monthly Bills: Instead of a flat monthly fee (which charges you even if you are on vacation), we charge per visit.

Automated & Easy: To keep your service running smoothly, we require a credit or debit card on file. Your card is automatically processed on the day of your service, shortly before our technician arrives.

Receipts: You will receive an instant receipt via text/email every time a service is completed.

We accept all major Credit and Debit cards via our secure, encrypted portal (HousecallPro). We do not accept cash or checks left under the doormat—our system is fully automated for your security.

🩺 Every technician is trained to spot signs of abnormality in your dog’s waste—potential indicators of illness that may require a vet’s attention. If we notice anything unusual, you’ll be alerted immediately.

Because at Purge Pros, we don’t just clean up — we care.

A: We understand life happens. Our policy depends on whether the waste is accumulating while you are gone and who initiates the schedule change.

1. Vacations (Dogs are NOT home): If you are going away and boarding your dogs, just let us know at least 24 hours in advance. We will pause your service for those dates, and you will not be charged.

2. Convenience Skips (Dogs ARE home): If your dogs are home and you choose to skip a visit (or if you cancel due to light rain when we are still operating), the waste doubles. To keep our prices fair, we have a "Fair Use" Skip Limit:

Twice-Weekly Clients: Max 2 consecutive skips.

Weekly Clients: Max 1 skip.

Bi-Weekly Clients: No skips allowed. (Skipping a bi-weekly service creates a month of accumulation).

3. The "Weather Exception" (When WE Cancel): If hazardous weather (Lightning, Flooding, Sub-Zero Cold) forces Purge Pros to pause operations, this does NOT count as a "Skip."

Billing: You will not be charged for that visit.

The Plan: We will try to reschedule you for a safe day later in the week. If we cannot, we will pick up the extra accumulation on your next scheduled visit at no extra cost.

The "Reset" Fee (For Over-Skipping): If you exceed your personal skip limits (Section 2), your next visit will no longer qualify for the discounted recurring rate. It will be billed as an "Initial Yard Reset" ($39.99 deposit [covers the first 30 mins. of labor] + $1.00/minute for any additional time / labor exceeding the first 30 minutes.) to verify we are compensated for the heavy accumulation.
