How no start-up fee worksFirst cleanup: your regular price, up to two hours included
Starting recurring service?- Your first cleanup is billed at your regular per-visit price, with up to two hours (120 minutes) of cleanup included. Every scheduled visit after that is the same price.
What if my yard needs more than two hours?- Very few do. If yours looks like it will, we tell you before we start and agree on the extra time with you first, at $1 per minute. Nothing extra is billed without your OK.
Coming back after a break?- No start-up fee is for households new to Purge Pros. A restart cleanup is your regular visit price for the first 30 minutes, then $1 per minute. We confirm it with you before you approve anything.
One-time cleanup?- $89.99 covers the first 30 minutes, then $1 per minute.
When you pay.- Your card is charged when we text that we are on the way. Any extra minutes are invoiced after the visit. Regular scheduled visits are never charged by the minute.
Stopping.- No minimum number of visits, no cancellation fee, nothing to pay back. Full details are in the Terms & Conditions.
Once per household. We check service history before the first visit.

Questions before you start?
Small town, straight answers for Lapel

Is the price higher in a small town?

No. Your price is worked out the same way everywhere we serve: from your dog count, your yard size, your schedule and the areas you pick.

Does a Lapel ZIP confirm a recurring service day?

No. A covered ZIP lets you build your price. Before we propose a recurring day, we check your exact address, the areas you picked, and whether that route has room.

What should I include in my request?

Tell us how many dogs use the yard, roughly how big the area to scoop is, every front, back, side, patio, or concrete area that needs service, how often you want us, and how we get through the gate.

What starting prices should I compare?

For one dog, one service area, and a yard up to one-eighth acre, weekly service starts at $19.99 per visit. Twice a week starts at $15.99 per visit for the same yard. Your dogs, your yard size, and the areas you pick set your price, or send it to a custom quote.

Can I request a one-time cleanup?

Yes. One-time cleanup is $89.99 for the first 30 minutes, then $1 per additional minute. The $89.99 is charged when we text that we are on the way; any additional time is invoiced after the visit.
One-time cleanups are priced on their own, separately from recurring service.

What is included with recurring dog waste removal?

Every recurring visit includes a careful search of the areas you chose, all the dog waste we collect hauled away, tools sanitized between yards, a text when we are on the way, and a photo of your closed gate when we leave.

How is the per-visit price calculated?

Your price comes from four things: how many dogs, how often we visit, the size of the yard, and the areas you choose, counting any patio or concrete that needs scooping. Leave out the house and anything that does not need scooping. Larger or more complicated properties may need a custom quote instead of an instant price.
