No! You do not need to be home during service. We keep you in the loop every step of the way via Text Message. This is just another way we make sure our services are as convenient as possible.

We do not have any contracts. While we do have recurring service "subscriptions" for our Dog Waste Removal clients - those are not to be confused with contracts and can be stopped at any time. Our clients know they can reach us 24/7/365 via text and get any requests taken care of within moments.

We are insured and can provide documentation upon request! Rest easy knowing your property will always be treated with utmost respect and care.

Aside from our consistent communications via text, our vehicles will always have some sort of branding, to signify they are with the Purge Pros.

Your safety, your pets' safety, and our team's safety are top priorities. If conditions are deemed unsafe to work, we'll make sure to communicate and postpone service for either the next day, another desired day, or push until the next scheduled service. For heavy snow that completely covers your yard, we still come out and will generally service, unless it's a heavy and fresh snowfall - then we will wait until following service. Unless otherwise requested, of course.

Yes - All of our services run all year long.

For Dog Waste Removal:

Recurring customers of our Dog Waste Removal services are required to have a Card or Bank on file in order to streamline the process. You are ONLY charged after each service is completed.

For One-Time jobs, we ask for the base rate to be collected prior to beginning work. The remainder will be due upon completion and can be processed on-site.

We accept Cash, Credit, Zelle, Venmo, Cashapp.

Checks are accepted only if you are an established client.

🩺 Every technician is trained to spot signs of abnormality in your dog’s waste—potential indicators of illness that may require a vet’s attention. If we notice anything unusual, you’ll be alerted immediately.

Please note: If you are on recurring service and skip more than 2 visits in a row, your next visit will be billed as an Initial Clean Up (Includes 1 Hour of Labor) + Additional Fees for anything over the 1st hour.
