We operate on a Flat-Rate Subscription Model, just like Netflix or your gym. Instead of charging you "per visit" (which leads to surprise high bills in months with 5 weeks), we take the annual cost of 52 weeks of service and divide it into 12 equal monthly installments. This makes your budgeting simple, predictable, and transparent.

We accept all major Credit and Debit cards via our secure, encrypted portal (Stripe & HousecallPro). We do not accept cash or checks left under the doormat—our system is fully automated for your security.

Because we sell a Result (A Clean Yard) and not just "Time," we generally do not offer "skips" for credit. If you skip a week, the waste doesn't disappear—it doubles. That means our work doubles the following week.

- Vacation? Let us know! We will come while you are gone to ensure you come home to a pristine yard.

- Need a day change? Just text our office, and we will do our best to accommodate your schedule adjustment.

- Notice: We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice to skip or reschedule a visit.

For Our Valued Early Supporters & "Per Visit" Clients

Our "Skip" Allowance:

- Weekly / Twice-Weekly Clients: You are allowed one (1) service skip per calendar quarter (e.g., Jan-Mar) at no penalty.

- Bi-Weekly "Reset" Clients: You are allowed one (1) service skip per calendar quarter.

The "Reset Fee" (The Consequence for Abuse):

- If you skip more than your allotted amount in a quarter, or if you skip a bi-weekly visit (resulting in 4+ weeks of waste), your subscription price no longer covers the work.

- Your next scheduled visit will be converted to an "Initial Yard Reset" and you will be charged a one-time "Reset Fee" starting at $49.99 (for the first 30 minutes of labor, $1/min. thereafter) to cover the excessive labor, time, and waste volume. Please Note: This is a discounted rate in comparison to normal fee to still provide the current customer with value savings.

- This is non-negotiable. This fee protects our time and our ability to maintain our routes.
