Initial Scoop Surcharge Waived
Start with a clean yard at your regular visit price, even if there is built-up poop. Your entire first cleanup is included, with no extra-time charge. Following scheduled recurring visits stay at your quoted rate, regardless of time spent.
New recurring customers only. One introductory offer per customer/household. We confirm service history and any custom scope before booking. One-time cleanups excluded. No minimum visits or cancellation fee.

Without this offer: standard initial/restart cleanup includes the first 30 minutes at your quoted visit rate, then $1 per actual additional minute. This replaces the maintenance charge for that cleanup; a second visit charge is not added.
Your savings: a 60-minute initial cleanup normally costs your visit rate + $30. With the offer, you pay only your visit rate—saving $30. Savings are $1 per minute beyond 30; actual savings vary. A cleanup of 30 minutes or less has no time surcharge to waive.
Payment timing: the base is charged when your on-the-way ETA text is sent. Any applicable extra time for a standard initial/restart cleanup is invoiced after completion. Approved promotional first cleanups and scheduled recurring visits have no additional-time charge.
