Plan around a yard with history
An established yard usually comes with extras: a shed, garden beds, a second gate, a favorite corner.
Tell us about them once and every visit works around them.

A schedule for the dog countThe more dogs, the shorter the gap between visits needs to be. Schedules that would let too much build up are not shown.
Notes that stay putGate, latch and pet notes are kept with your account, so each visit starts from the same instructions.

A shed to walk around, a second gate, beds to stay out of: list them in your request so the first visit goes like the fiftieth.

How no start-up fee worksFirst cleanup: your regular price, up to two hours included
Starting recurring service?- Your first cleanup is billed at your regular per-visit price, with up to two hours (120 minutes) of cleanup included. Every scheduled visit after that is the same price.
What if my yard needs more than two hours?- Very few do. If yours looks like it will, we tell you before we start and agree on the extra time with you first, at $1 per minute. Nothing extra is billed without your OK.
Coming back after a break?- No start-up fee is for households new to Purge Pros. A restart cleanup is your regular visit price for the first 30 minutes, then $1 per minute. We confirm it with you before you approve anything.
One-time cleanup?- $89.99 covers the first 30 minutes, then $1 per minute.
When you pay.- Your card is charged when we text that we are on the way. Any extra minutes are invoiced after the visit. Regular scheduled visits are never charged by the minute.
Stopping.- No minimum number of visits, no cancellation fee, nothing to pay back. Full details are in the Terms & Conditions.
Once per household. We check service history before the first visit.

Country addresses, built-up yards: Mooresville answers

My Mooresville address is outside town. Do you come out?

If your ZIP is 46158, you can build your price. A covered ZIP does not confirm a day: before we propose a recurring day, we check your exact address, the areas you picked, and whether that route has room.

The yard has not been cleaned in a while. Can I still start weekly service?

Yes. New recurring customers pay no start-up fee. Your first cleanup costs the same as every visit after it, even when the yard has built up. How no start-up fee works has the details, and when you build your price we ask when the yard was last fully cleaned.

What should I include in my request?

Tell us how many dogs use the yard, roughly how big the area to scoop is, every front, back, side, patio, or concrete area that needs service, how often you want us, and how we get through the gate.

What starting prices should I compare?

For one dog, one service area, and a yard up to one-eighth acre, weekly service starts at $19.99 per visit. Twice a week starts at $15.99 per visit for the same yard. Your dogs, your yard size, and the areas you pick set your price, or send it to a custom quote.

Can I request a one-time cleanup?

Yes. One-time cleanup is $89.99 for the first 30 minutes, then $1 per additional minute. The $89.99 is charged when we text that we are on the way; any additional time is invoiced after the visit.
One-time cleanups are priced on their own, separately from recurring service.

What is included with recurring dog waste removal?

Every recurring visit includes a careful search of the areas you chose, all the dog waste we collect hauled away, tools sanitized between yards, a text when we are on the way, and a photo of your closed gate when we leave.

How is the per-visit price calculated?

Your price comes from four things: how many dogs, how often we visit, the size of the yard, and the areas you choose, counting any patio or concrete that needs scooping. Leave out the house and anything that does not need scooping. Larger or more complicated properties may need a custom quote instead of an instant price.
